NHP PB MNC are isolated from fresh monkey peripheral blood. The purified cells, CD3+, CD16+, CD20+ are isolated from PB MNC using direct immunomagnetic MicroBead labeling system. Harvested purified cells are analyzed using a laser analytical flow cytometer confirming the purity is greater than 90%. FACScan will be provided. NHP-Plasma also processed through centrifugation to diminish cells and platelets.
