Mouse Cells & Serum Introduction

The mice are great models for pre-clinical research. They are some of the smallest mammals with a great degree of genetic homology to human, which makes them perfect candidates for efficient tissue procurement and study.

C&M LabPro’s primary cells & tissue like, CD4+ T Cells, CD8+ T Cells, CD19+ B Cells, CD25+ T & B Cells, CD49b+ NK Cells, CD11b+ Macrophages, peripheral blood mononuclear cells, bone marrow mononuclear cells, splenocytes, keratinocytes, cerebellum, cortex, hippocampus, mouse embryonic fibroblast (MEF), mouse serum are made from scratch by a 20+ years’ experience isolation lab to meet the high-quality standards. The purity is above 90%. Flow cytometric analysis report will be provided necessarily.

We use C57BL/6 and BALB/c mice for primary cell and tissue isolation. Other strains like, C3H, DBA/2, FVB, SJL, 129, DBA/1, ICR, KM, Swiss, and NIH are available upon request. Custom projects might be available upon request.

The mice models can be used to study homology or cross-species conservation in hematopoiesis and mesenchymal qualities among mammals or larger group of organisms. Mice models also exhibit the biochemical and/or physiological properties may be useful for elucidating the mechanisms related to research on novel hematopoietic cell markers, Antigen recognition and activation, protein identification, growth factor and cytokine receptor studies, normal and diseased pathway analysis, transplantation and engraftment studies, tumor and viral particles detection, investigating compounds, immunosuppression for organ/tissue transplantation, stem cell biology, regulation, Gene rearrangement, act as controls for therapeutic research, involving lymphocytes and monocytes.

Mouse serum is collected aseptically from alive healthy adult C57BL/6 or Swiss mice whole blood, spun from the clotted red blood cells immediately and frozen thereafter. Large scale product and customized project might be available upon request. Mouse serum is frequently used for blocking or saturating generalized binding interactions for immunodetection, Immunohistochemistry, Immunoprecipitation methods. Mouse serum also can be used for coagulation studies, antibody diluent, blocking sera and reagents, ELISA, flow cytometry, labeling, control etc.
