Rat Cells & Tissue Introduction

The rat is great models for pre-clinical research. They are some of the smallest mammals with a great degree of genetic homology to human, which makes them perfect candidates for efficient tissue procurement and study.

C&M LabPro’s primary cells & tissue like, CD4+ T Cells, CD8+ T Cells, CD45R+ B Cells, splenocytes, peripheral blood mononuclear cells, bone marrow mononuclear cells, cerebellum, cortex, hippocampus, meningeal Cells, microglial cells, BM MSCs, BM CD90+ Thy-1.1 Cells are made from scratch by a 20+ years’ experience isolation lab to meet the high-quality standards. The purity is above 90%. Flow cytometric analysis report will be provided necessarily.

We use Sprague-Dawley (SD), F344 (CDF) and Lewis rats for primary cell and tissue isolation. Other strains like Wistar, Wistar Han IGS and Brown Norway are available upon request. We can take custom projects.

The rat models exhibit the biochemical and/or physiological properties may be useful for elucidating the mechanisms related to research on novel hematopoietic cell markers, protein identification, pathway analysis, transplantation and engraftment studies, investigating compounds, stem cell biology, act as controls for therapeutic research.
